View Passwords Of Wifi In Windows

Hello hackers!!!

Lets Start

We are again back with something new and different that how to view the password of WIFI in windows 10.

It’s normal to see, this is not hacking stuff but it’s some type of tricks that you should know….

Ok this can be done when Wifi is already connected to a laptop

Like someone has opened his laptop and went away so will run the following tricks to see what is the password and done!!..

1. Use Windows settings to view WiFi password

As I am the administrator of my PC and don’t have any restrictions, this is my go-to method for finding the WiFi password.

Here’s how:

From the Start menu, click on Settings

Go to settings

After the Settings is open there will be an option of NETWORK & INTERNET

Network & Internet

After the Network & Internet is open then the next panel will open up..

As you can see in the above panel there are options of Status you should click on them and in that there is a Network and sharing center

In the network and sharing center there you will see the wifi connected name(SSID)

“Setting” is my wifi network name which is already connected to my laptop we need to see the password of that wifi…

Click on that connected Network

After clicking on wifi network you will see a new panel that will pop up with “Wireless Properties” click on it..

On clicking the wireless properties it will redirect you towards your wifi passwords there as you can see it my wifi password is seen and click on show characters

I have not clicked on the show characters because I cannot disclose them…

2. Use CMD(Command Prompt) to view Passwords of Wifi

Did you know what is CMD in windows 10? if not I will explain

Cmd in windows machine is a Command Line Interface where several things are done as we use the terminal in Kali Linux…

Open cmd in your Laptop

CMD

After you click on It a command-line interface will open up…

Once it opens up then type a command “netsh wlan show profile“

Now after typing this command, the wifi network will appear there, you should note the name

And our second command will be “netsh wlan show profile name=setting key=clear“

In this command, WLAN represents your wifi network type and after that, your wifi network name, and then “key=clear” represents that the connection key should be in clear text…

And it’s done

Its time to say GOODBYE for Now

Happy Hacking!!
